- A free written estimate. Looking at your attic or crawlspace and putting the work in writing costs you nothing.
- An explanation of what we find. We show you the condition of the space and explain it in plain language, so the estimate makes sense.
- A clear scope of work. What we will do, where we will do it and what is not included, all written down before anything starts.
- Payment details up front. We walk through payment timing and accepted methods with your estimate, so there are no surprises later.
- No pressure. Take the time you need. We would rather you understand the estimate than rush a decision.
How Payment Works
We do not currently advertise financing. What we can offer is clarity: the details of payment are explained with your written estimate, before any work is scheduled.
Your Estimate
Everything begins with a free written estimate for your home. It spells out the work and the scope, so you know what you are agreeing to before you commit to anything.
Scheduling
Once you approve the estimate, we schedule the work around your calendar. We will walk through payment timing and the payment methods we accept when we go over the estimate together.
Completion
When the job is finished, we go over the completed work with you. Questions about the work or the paperwork are always welcome, by phone or by email.
